Restorative yoga is for everybody!
This is a very gentle yet profound practice. We focus on activating the parasympathetic nervous system. Slow and gentle yet powerful asanas or yoga postures are applied. Breathing techniques, meditation/prayer and aroma therapy are the cherry on top!

Bring a yoga mat, pillow and a blanket.
